Whether it be damp or condensation, my assessment will take into account all aspects that could be exacerbating issues with the fabric of the building. This will include rainwater goods, condition of masonry/external timberwork, ground levels, heating & ventilation and any visible existing damp-proof course.
Following on from my survey, I will produce a report for your perusal.
This can be used to begin obtaining quotes for any necessary remedial works, enabling you to make an informed decision on how best to proceed.
The report will also contain photographs, as deemed necessary, to highlight any particular issues.
